Ashok, Mehta, MD, Board Certified in Internal Medicine

Dr. Mehta is board certified in internal medicine. He did his medical school in India, where he received additional training in Nephrology. After coming to US, he joined Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital in Darby, Pennsylvania, where he did his residency in Internal Medicine. After finishing his residency, Dr. Mehta practiced in Ohio and West Virginia and subsequently moved to Nashville In 2003. Since then he made Nashville his home. He believes correct diagnosis is essential for right treatment and he always try to do that. Dr. Mehta uses evidence based medical care. Dr. Mehta is a staff physician at Centennial Medical Center, Summit Medical Center and Stonecrest Medical Center.

Kristen A. Wilson, FNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner

Kristen grew up in New Orleans, LA, but moved to Georgia as a young teen. She attended under-grad at Auburn University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She then discovered her dream of becoming a nurse and received a BS in Nursing from Carson-Newman. Wanting to continue her education and better serve patients she then graduated from TSU with her Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kristen’s goal is to get to know her patients personally and treat them from a holistic, evidence based practice. Currently residing in Nashville, Kristen enjoys watching college football (War Eagle!), traveling and is devoted to taking the best care of her patients.
