What to bring
Cost
In the Nashville and Mount Juliet area, a complete USCIS Form I-693 immigration medical exam typically costs between $250 and $400, depending on the clinic. That base price usually covers the physical, mental health and substance screening, the sealed I-693, and the standard signature.
Two items are almost always billed separately: the TB blood test (IGRA) and any vaccines you still need. The total out-of-pocket cost depends on how complete your vaccination records are and whether any prior TB testing needs to be repeated.
At SimplyCare we offer transparent flat-rate pricing — call (615) 288-4087 for a complete quote based on the records you already have. Health insurance does not cover the I-693 exam (USCIS classifies it as a non-medical service), so we accept cash, all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
