    Comprehensive metabolic panel, lipids, A1c, fasting insulin, thyroid, vitamin D, and other markers as indicated — to map your metabolism and rule out underlying causes.

    Personalized plan

    Together we build a plan: nutrition strategy, activity targets, sleep and stress, and — when medically appropriate — FDA-approved medication started at a low, well-tolerated dose.
