SimplyCare SMS program terms
Program name: SimplyCare Appointment & Care Messaging.
Program description: SimplyCare sends SMS appointment confirmations, reminders, results notifications, and care follow-ups to patients who have opted in.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your care schedule. You may receive up to several messages per week around the time of an appointment.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. SimplyCare does not charge you for messages, but your wireless carrier may.
How to opt out (STOP): Reply STOP to any message (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to be unsubscribed. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
How to get help (HELP): Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (615) 288-4087.
Carriers: Supported by all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your phone number and consent are handled according to our Privacy Policy. SimplyCare does not share or sell mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
