What we collect

When you contact SimplyCare or request a callback through simplycare.net we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and any message you choose to send. For medical care, protected health information is handled inside our HIPAA-compliant patient portal, not through this website.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, send appointment reminders and care follow-ups, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.

SMS / text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, or sign the SMS consent section on our in-clinic intake form, you agree to receive SMS appointment reminders and care updates from SimplyCare at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our SMS Program Terms for full details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data are subject to the rest of this Privacy Policy. Information shared with subcontractors (e.g., our SMS delivery provider) is used solely to deliver messages you have opted in to receive.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., appointment scheduling, SMS delivery, hosting), and as required by law. We do not share data for third-party marketing.

Your choices
