About Heather Bookbinder
Heather Bookbinder, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2021. After working as a medical assistant in a dermatology practice for two years, she moved to Nashville and completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South College in 2025.
Originally from Florida, Heather was deeply inspired by her father, a rheumatologist, whose passion for helping patients with complex autoimmune and inflammatory conditions sparked her own love of medicine and desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Heather is passionate about building meaningful, trusting relationships with her patients and supporting them through every step of their healthcare journey. She is excited to serve the Mt. Juliet community with compassionate, individualized care.
In her free time, Heather enjoys dancing, reading, going on nature walks with her dog, and staying active at the gym.
